However, when Sherman goes to school, a classmate named Penny makes fun of him for having a dog as a father. To smooth things over, Mr. Peabody invites Penny and her parents over for dinner, but when Sherman tells Penny about the time machine, she convinces him into using it without permission.

They travel back to ancient times, but when they return, history begin to change and the space-time continuum spirals out of control. It's up to Peabody, with his genius-level IQ, to go back in time and set everything back to normal.

Knowing that Dino will be entering the famous winner-takes-all cross-country De Leon race, Tobey, with the help of his friends, breaks parole by joining the race in an attempt to take down Dino. He borrows the same Shelby Mustang that started it all. However, Dino finds out about Tobey's plan and launches a bounty hunt to capture him dead or alive.

Until he secures the money, a passenger on his flight will be killed every 20 minutes.

Although Bill explains the situation to the pilot, he doesn’t believe the threat until one of the passengers is mysteriously killed. When the account number given to Bill to transfer the money to is in his name, Bill believes he’s being set up, and when he finds a bomb on the plane, he becomes the main suspect.

While the rest of the plane tunes into the news for more updates, it is reported that Bill is hijacking the plane. In a deadly face off with the fighter squad, Bill tries to protect himself along with the rest of the passengers on the plane.

With the mysterious mirror back in their possession, Tim and Kaylie find themselves experiencing terrifying hallucinations, and realize, too late, that what happened to them 10 years earlier is starting to happen again.
